ASK FREDD · LEGAL & PRIVACY

Terms of Use

The terms for using the Ask Fredd website, joining our waitlist, and creating an account.

Last updated October 3, 2026.

Using this website

These terms apply to the Ask Fredd website, its educational tools, program previews, guided chat, waitlist, and customer accounts. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. These website terms are separate from any future investment advisory or brokerage agreement.

Registration and service availability

Ask Fredd, LLC is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Services are subject to account eligibility, minimums, and final advisory agreements.

Visiting this website, using its tools, contacting us, joining the waitlist, or creating an account does not create an investment advisory relationship, open a brokerage account, or authorize any trade. Program descriptions are previews and may change before launch.

Educational tools and program previews

The public website provides general information, not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Program-matching questions help you explore available descriptions; they are not a suitability determination or recommendation to invest. Illustrations and hypothetical calculations do not predict investment results.

The website’s guided chat is separate from the proposed Fredd Coach service. It answers general questions and cannot access your account, evaluate your actual positions, or execute trades. Read our Disclaimer for investment risks and tool limitations.

Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist is free. Provide accurate contact details that belong to you. A signup expresses interest in a program and requests availability updates; it does not reserve an account, guarantee acceptance, or commit you to invest.

You can ask to leave the waitlist or stop receiving launch updates by emailing info@askfredd.ai. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, brokerage credentials, or trade instructions through the waitlist, chat, or email. Our Privacy Policy describes the website’s information handling.

Customer accounts

Accounts are intended for adults. Create one only for yourself, using an email address you control, and keep that address accurate so you can receive the messages the account depends on. An account is not usable until you confirm your email address by following the link we send you. Creating an account does not join you to the waitlist, reserve a place in a program, guarantee acceptance, or commit you to invest.

An Ask Fredd account lets you sign in to this website. It is not an investment or brokerage account, it does not create an investment advisory relationship, and it does not authorize any trade.

Keep your password confidential and do not share it or your account with anyone. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page; we cannot read your password and will never ask you for it. Sign out when you have finished, particularly on a shared device, and email info@askfredd.ai if you believe someone else has used your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is misused, that violates these terms, or that appears to have been created with an email address the account holder does not control. You can ask for your account to be removed by emailing info@askfredd.ai; the website does not currently offer a way to delete your own account. Our Privacy Policy describes what account information is held and how removal requests are handled.

Acceptable use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate someone else, submit another person’s contact information without permission, create an account using an email address you do not control, sign in to an account that is not yours, attempt to access private records, interfere with website security, or overload the service.

The website’s branding and original content belong to Ask Fredd or their respective owners. You may view and use the website for personal informational purposes. These terms do not grant permission to resell its content, misrepresent an affiliation, or use another party’s trademarks. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party websites

Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them. A link or logo does not establish sponsorship, endorsement, or an advisory relationship. Any future brokerage relationship with Interactive Brokers would be governed by its own account approval process and agreements.

Availability and limitations

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but the website may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable. Information and tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of completeness, uninterrupted access, or investment outcomes. Account sign-in and the confirmation and password reset messages rely on services outside our control and are provided on the same basis; a message may be delayed or may not arrive, and a confirmation or reset link stops working once it is used or expires.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived, including applicable rights under securities laws. Future advisory services will be governed by their own agreements and disclosures.

Changes and questions

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Review them when you use the website. For questions about these terms or help accessing the website, email info@askfredd.ai.
