If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email info@askfredd.ai. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way to receive a response. If helpful, tell us which browser or assistive technology you use. You do not need to disclose a disability or send sensitive financial information.

You can also email us for help learning about the programs or expressing interest if you cannot use the waitlist form.

Ways to navigate

• Use the “Skip to content” link to bypass the header.
• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons.
• Use arrow keys to switch program tabs or adjust calculator sliders. Home and End move to the first or last tab, or a slider’s minimum or maximum.
• Press Escape or use the close button to dismiss a dialog.
• Use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings. Reduced-motion and high-contrast preferences are supported.

Our accessibility target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our technical target. Work includes keyboard navigation, text contrast, form labels and error feedback, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We have not completed an independent conformance audit and do not claim that every feature meets every WCAG requirement. Please report any issue so it can be assessed.

Linked resources and any future brokerage enrollment pages are operated separately. If a linked service creates an accessibility barrier, let us know which service and step were affected so we can help identify a way forward.
